All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from my studio in Wolverhampton, UK. Standard orders are posted via Royal Mail Second Class and usually arrive within 2–4 working days. If you would prefer faster shipping, just select First Class at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - I ship worldwide!
Standard International Shipping starts from £4.20
Express and Tracked delivery options available at checkout
Orders are sent via Royal Mail International and usually arrive within 5–14 working days depending on your location. (Please note: Customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. If duties are unpaid and items are returned, refunds will be issued once we safely receive the product back.)
I’m so proud to offer this little extra - I’ll carefully handwrite your message inside the card and send it straight to your loved one. There’s no extra cost for the handwritten message - just the usual postage.
It’s one of my favourite parts of running this shop, and I love helping you make someone’s day feel extra special.

I want you to be completely happy with your Paper Pawtraits order! If for any reason you’re not, you have 14 days to request a return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 days of receiving your returned item.
Please allow 3–5 days for funds to appear in your account.
Every product at Paper Pawtraits is designed to tell a story, whether it’s a custom portrait of a beloved pet or an illustrated card featuring wild animals. Paper Pawtraits believes that art becomes meaningful when it has connection, personality, and heartfelt designs. Through handmade details and unique custom ideas, the aim is to honour the relationships people have with their pets and celebrate animals everywhere.

Sustainability is a responsibility and as an artist strive to leave a light footprint while delivering high quality, lasting products that bring joy.
Community & Compassion
Paper Pawtraits is built on heart which also extends beyond my customers. This is done by actively supporting animal charities and conservations. Seeking to raise awareness for endangered species and vulnerable pets through Paper Pawtraits Products. As a lot of my customers agree pets are family and advocate for their emotional and social importance in people’s lives. I also love collaborating with like minded small businesses, artists, and ethical organisations to increase shared values and create meaningful impacting change.

From unique stationery to bespoke portraits, everything I create is infused with my signature style which is warm, playful, full of character and wanting to spread joy.
